The Home Alert Messaging Program is operated by Juan Gonzalez. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and used for the purpose of sending transactional SMS notifications to users who opt in.

Information collected

Mobile phone number provided by the user during the opt-in process
Message delivery metadata (e.g., timestamps and delivery status)

User consent for SMS messaging is described on the Consent (Opt-In) page.

How we use information

Information is used solely to send the transactional notifications enabled by the user and to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the messaging service.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent phone numbers. We may use service providers (such as an SMS delivery provider) solely to deliver messages on behalf of Juan Gonzalez.

Retention

Service logs may be retained for operational needs, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes, and only as long as reasonably necessary.
